Audio Jammers
Audio jammers protect your sensitive room conversations by generating a random masking sound which covers your conversations.
Mostly effective against any microphone based eavesdropping device including tape recorders, RF transmitters, hard-wired microphones (including contact type) and shotgun microphones. It also protects against microwave or laser reflection pickups.
Jammers usually randomly alternate the frequency and amplitude making filtering out your conversations decidedly difficult. Learn more about the audio jammer...
Note
A draw back is they do make a lot of noise – specifically a loud static sound (like a blank TV station) and therefore are not very covert. Which usually means any conversations will be conducted at a higher level to hear over the audio jammer – possibly eliminating the effect of the audio jammer...!
Acoustic Noise Generators
You’re certain you’re being bugged...!
All other bug detection and counter measures have failed and you want something less noisy and more effective than an audio jammer – Then a noise generator is ideal.
They work differently by creating a blanket noise around a perimeter or target area rather than just injecting a loud noise to cover any conversations.
This allows normal conversation while defeating eavesdropping devices.
Noise generators allow you to inject acoustic noise into walls, ceilings, windows, plumbing, and air ducts - Project acoustic noise into drop ceiling air spaces, closets, crawl spaces, and air ducts, and defeat laser or microwave reflections from windows. Learn more...
