Make it difficult to track and predict your movements, simply change the route you take to work or to shop regularly.

Integrate irregular tasks into your everyday activities to create unpredictability in the pattern of your activities. If you do this it will help disguise any sensitive plans you wish to slip in as needed.

Secure the information on your computer and it will help your overall security. If you have a portable computer you are presented with a whole new problem because you move that system outside of your ordinary systems of security and access barriers (I tend not store anything of importance on my laptop).

Securing your information is a fairly easy counter surveillance technique. But the main issue you will have to deal with when considering counter surveillance is how to carry out meetings, and networking with people, when you need to discuss sensitive issues.
